Only a damned fool makes jokes while his great nation wither away and dies upon the vine, For in reality, there is not one damned thing that is at all funny about watching your own nation die right there in front of your very own eyes! Nothing, however, is forever, and unless and until we wise-up and once again fly right, our own fall from grace might just prove to be terminal. Unless of course, we once again regain our footing, dig-in, and finally do come to Realize that charity does indeed begin at home!

And who is truly to blame for this sorry state of affairs, save for we ourselves? And what can be done to finally reverse our pathetic situation? Or will we continue to slip and slide until our forward momentum becomes an uncontrollable plunge into the bowels of oblivion?

The real problem is that we all know full well what the actual quandary is and where it resides! However, and like a gaggle of suicidal lemmings, our race of progressive individuals still refuse to right our course, correct our faulty footing and once again, to regain our preordained balance –
