...try to stay off here after flashbacks at night, but this is just one of those nights that seeps through better judgement...

...nothing new, same asshole shooting up the town, reruns are my favorite clips, same time, same channel, no commercials, not live in technicolor, but looped none the same, 8 track dreams...

...one of these nights, i'm just gonna go find that asshole, shoot at him, throw some woman, and her screaming kid in his arms and piss back on um', turn around is fair play...

...should just go back to drinkin heavily, (just kidding),...

...one of these days, i'm gonna strangle him...................

...considering moving to Alaska where the sun shines for 6 months out of the year, aleaviates the night that way...

...been better, been worse, but they seem to be somewhat less freq in porportion to what they were before, I suppose once a week as compared to whenever they want (lots of nights in a row) is making some progress..

...again this morning, but not pain in the mind, pain in the back...

...seems along the way in the last two days, I distroyed my back lifting my son out of the truck, twisted wrong, and "rice krispies", snap/pop, and at present, unable to bend, sit, stand, lay down, move, etc without PAIN, oh, lots of pain,...

...went for emergency chyro appt yesterday, and he snapped me "supposedly back into place", but , been down that road before, know that this time the cereal wasn't good at all, took ten minutes to try to sit up out of bed this morning...

..blew out the lowest, and/or second lowest disc, and have numbness in the legs,... send drugs...good ones, prefer codiene, or percocet, or will accept donations on a try them basis,(if I don't try to crack a joke about this, I'll scream, and wake the wife, and kids)...

...I can walk, but it's trying, and it's everything inbetween that hurts like he!!, ...

...SO IF I'M NOT MY USUAL HAPPY SELF, GET OVER IT, ...

...somebody look into "Locksy's" delema, and get him some help, ...

...SEND DRUGS, Will pay postage, otherwise, I'll be stuck here posting up 24/7, and it won't be pretty..................

been down that road myself it just takes time have begged the wife to shoot me but though better of when she said OK and started for the gun,she was just too willing. hang in there.

Back pain, been there, done that.
It sucks.
I used to have a nightstand lined up with a multitude of drugs.
Some for pain, some to sleep, more for pain, etc.
I finally had to get surgery, 3 times.
The numbness and pain down the legs is gone, but the pain in the lower back is still there, albeit, no where near as bad.
But, I am quite the barometer these days, more accurate than the stinkin weather man!
Percocet was my favorite answer to the pain, mostly numbed the mind, whereas, I no longer gave a shit about the pain.
The need for percocet is now only when it is raining for more than a day. Other than that, I can deal with it.

Sounds like you need a real DR or a orthopedic or Nuro Dr. Chiropractors are ok sometimes for something, but you sound beyond the Chiropractor. Slipped disk are no laughing matter, The numbness is because the nerve is pinched. most probibly because of one of the Rightous brouthers, Aurther-Rightous.
Orthopedic sergin/MRI, rehab, medication.
In that order. Do it.
