The first post is typical of how folks can be suckered in on just about anything "politics-wise", when it refers to the "enemy" party. Hey, they are all our "enemies", as far as I am concerned.

Well, the Russians believe in global warming and are busy staking out the Arctic Ocean as their own, its oil, its mineral wealth and its sea lanes they expect to be open. But if they are not right then we have nothing to worry about and can sit back and watch them waste their time. But I suspect we will see a change in the propaganda from the oil industry from "It's not real" to "We didn't cause it" so that they can get their share. You heard it here first.

Be patient.
You & Russians could be right,...as scientists know already happened 3 TIMES before. More likely than not it will get a-helluva-lot hotter on earth, before our NEXT or 4th Ice Age. Wonder if the next critters after 4th Ice Age will also waste precious crude oil as fuel? Orrrrrrrrrr after earth thaws out once again, will autos have little windmills on top as power sources? Which Greatest of world's BSers would know best about such? Gore, Immelt or Obama??? Neil
