Besides, why favor ILLEGAL Line Jumpers ahead of LEGITIMATE IMMIGRANTS, anyway? Is such even: "FAIR"?

Some Legitimate Immigrants must wait 10-15-20 years to come here. Whereas most Criminally Illegal aliens (even murderous criminals & terrorists) daily sneak into USA at will.
