I am posting this here because this is where most of us go...

I, like many of you, came over from the History Channel 2 or 3 years ago. We have all enjoyed the company of those we have met online, and later on the phone and in person. I have contributed $ 145 over the past few years, but do not have the money to contribute more now. I have listed some statistics to show how few of us there really are. How many of those listed have contributed war stories or pictures ? Not enough. There are great war stories scattered all thru the posts that need to be put in the right format and posted. In 15 years many of us will be near 70. Most of the WW2 and Korean War vets will be dead. We need to get as much of our story down as we can, so the next generations will not forget our struggle. I am still mystified as to what the "guests" are doing...Anyway, give what you have. David is doing the best he can and needs our support !!

Larry,

Did you include the archived post? Also some of the post have been lost. On the other hand some of them have been pulled in from the archived.

As to what the Guest are doing since they have to sign in and log on to read the forums now and yet they keep coming. I truly believe they are reading the personal history that David and others have contributed.

Thanks for the stats.Not forgetting the untold number ofhours put in by David, Bern andthe hours contributed by the moderators to keep the site moving.
