Default Facts Yes - BS - No

3-22-2024

“They say that this is also a fact!” But when those whom you have assisted and trusted in times past, begin to make a redundant routine out of snotty remarks – and this, in an attempt to bleed you dry (mentally and physically) - “Then Who, Pray Tell, Draws The Actual Line?”

Giving to a person “or a cause” that you truly believe in is one thing, but when that individual begins to make a daily habit of their verbal crap, then the line just has to be drawn! And when the target of that huckster is themselves almost as poor as a church mouse, then the words “unhappy-cretin” also begins to flow profusely “from the jowls of reality!”

But then, they also say that: the milk of human kindness only flows freely in a two-way stream and it is abused by those who trample it into the ground, and this, no matter how highly placed or even verbally greased that individual may be!

And to believe in the integrity, intellect and honesty of any man, is (in itself) a badge of honor - but to betray this axiom, is truly a lasting scourge upon the face of mankind and trust itself!

Eisen: ‘Dumb’ for Trump to claim he has cash to cover fraud judgment

Former White House ethics head [Norm Eisen] called former President Trump "dumb"
on Friday for claiming he has nearly $500 million in cash despite his lawyers previously indicating that he cannot secure a $454 million bond in his New York civil fraud case.
"This is so dumb-now he can't claim hardship to get a stay," Eisen said in a post on X,
the platform formerly known as Twitter Friday. He added New York Attorney General
Letitia James (D) can now "help herself, including to this supposed money!" Eisen's post was responding to an earlier a Truth Social post from Trump, in which he said
-
"THROUGH HARD WORK, TALENT, AND LUCK, I CURRENTLY HAVE ALMOST FIVE
HUNDRED MILLION DOLLARS IN CASH, A SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT OF WHICH I
INTENDED TO USE IN MY CAMPAIGN FOR PRESIDENT."
-
Former assistant special Watergate prosecutor Nick Akerman also criticized Trump's
Friday post saying on CNN it was "the dumbest thing he could have possibly done," because "that is a direct admission, by him, that he has the money." Trump faces a Monday deadline to pay the bond in the case, and his attorneys have said they have
spent "countless hours negotiating with one of the largest insurance companies in
the world" and approached 30 companies to back the bond, but to no avail. "The
amount of the judgment, with interest, exceeds $464 million, and very few bonding companies will consider a bond of anything approaching that magnitude," Trump's
lawyers wrote in a Monday filing.

In a post on Truth Social earlier this week, Trump ripped James and Judge Arthur
Engoron, who oversaw the case, while indicating he would struggle to post bond.
"A bond of the size set by the Democrat Club-controlled Judge, in Corrupt, Racist
Letitia James' unlawful Witch Hunt, is unConstitutional, un-American, unprecedented,
and practically impossible for ANY Company, including one as successful as mine,
"Trump wrote. "The Bonding Companies have never heard of such a bond, of this
size, before, nor do they have the ability to post such a bond," he added. If Trump
fails to meet the deadline, James said she may seize some of his assets. Copyright

Personal note:
It seems Trump is nearing his just-due date's one way or another.
But it won't be enough to cover the remaining issues - yet to be resolved.
He will need a great deal more money to prevent up and coming bad news
he will get from New York - and sooner than later.
-
I have no sympathy for Trump - he dug his own ditch - and he's up to his
ass in governmental issues - and lawsuits - & more - which is strangling
his pockets - and making it impossible to keep several of his properties.
And then paying all his lawyers are also a large factor - and still open
ended as to [whether or not] they will be paid?!
-
I have no sympathy for him - he dug his ditch he's in - and it will further
take a toll on his mental state - as well as his properties - and whatever
remaining monies he may have leftover - if that - thereafter.
