Hi,
I'm writing up my father-in-law's life story. He was a SOG with Hotel 2/3/3 Marines from 7/68-7/69. A lot of the information I'm looking for isn't really what I'd call "available". I'm looking for detailed information about the following and would greatly appreciate any help that you would be willing to give!

Operation Trousdale
Operation Dragon (pacification) Cam Lo/Quang Hoa
Operation Maine Crag

What were the "mission" goals of these operations and where were the locations?

There are a lot of helpful Marines on site here..I would suggest you post this in the Marine section as well..

What is SOG in the Marine context ? I am aware of MACV-SOG..Army Special Forces.. ?

Try www.google.com search for each operation you mentioned using " " ( search criteria within quote marks ) and you should find lots of info.
