I see nothing has changed ....this type of thing also happened during the sixties and seventies and a lot of WRANS were willing parties to this not just the sailor ....both sides kept score

THE Australian Navy has been plunged into a sex scandal involving claims that men sailors took part in a contest to bed women sailors, assigning dollar values to each woman they slept with.
Higher values were placed on officers or lesbians and scores were recorded in a book referred to as "the ledger".
Competitors were also encouraged to have sex in unusual places, such as on pool tables.
The allegations have been made against crew aboard HMAS Success, the largest ship built for the Navy and the fleet flagship.
The claims surfaced when the ship was docked in Singapore in May and women victims made complaints during an "equity and diversity health check".
