Thirty years later, a different battle rages on in Vietnam

COVENTRY - A photo album divided into sections including "Loss of
Limbs" and "Victims of Agent Orange Poisoning." A young girl with a
two-inch thick wooden leg, a man leaning on a broken crutch, children
with deformed limbs lying on straw mats.

"When you turn away because it's difficult to look at - you can't
help," said Holly Richard of Coventry. Last summer, Richard went on a
month-long trip with her family to visit relatives in Phan Thiet, a
small village in Vietnam. For her husband, Long Nguyen, the 27-hour
flight into Saigon (followed by a 4.5-hour drive to Phan Thiet) marked
the first time he had returned to his native village in 24 years.

When the family arrived at the airport in Vietnam, Richard said she
was confused and jet-lagged, but her first experience was when her
brother-in-law carried her son, 10, through the ra...
