I have hope that he will be ok. They can do marvelous things these days. Has anyone thought to call his work place or check the hospitals in the surrounding area? They won't give you details but they will let you know if he is a patient. Myprayers go up forWayne and his family. Sis

Truly sorry to hear this, and sure wish him a speedy recovery.

For many of you that might not know, Wayne goes back 4-5yrs. with many of us. Between his demanding job, a shot at local politics [his county missed the opportunity to have a fine sheriff], and his newsletter from his website, Wayne's presence on these boards has dwindled down to about zero, and that's our loss. He was always one of my favorite posters, and someone that I have ALOT of respect for. A real down to earth guy who came up through the ranks of the Marine Corps to achieve the rank of Colonel. A real Mud Marine, too. Did a couple tours as a Force Recon Marine; one as an EM and one as an officer, as I recall. He has "seen the tiger smile."

So prayers going out, Sir. I know you to be one tough Gyrene, so I know you'll open up a can of the best Wupass that you can muster.
