What's wrong with this picture?

The attached picture is of Capt. (P) Richard Chen. See how many glaring errors you can spot.

What are the wings over his right breast ? I thought all of those went on the left side. Can't really see much else unless the tab on the right shoulder is in the wrong place.

Ranger patch is on the correct side. I don't see anything wrong.
But what do I know , I never got in full class A except in ODs with Ike Jacket.

Come on guys! You can do better than that! How long have you been out? A guy fresh out of basic training would spot the biggest and most glaring error in a heartbeat!

Not sure of the entire uniform, since my picture is too fuzzy.

Regardless, and since I can make-out The CIB alright designating he had been in combat,...the missing right shoulder patch which would tell what division he had served in combat with or was attached to, sort-off jumped right out at me. Is that what you were looking for?

OK, you guys all flunk! He's wearing a 2d Batt Scroll on the right sleeve indicating combat. He's wearing crossed arrows with an Infantry Cord - a definite No-No. He is affiliated with neither the Ranger Regiment or the 1st SF Regiment. WTF Over?

But the biggest error of all is HE IS WEARING AN ENLISTED UNIFORM note that there are no Officers Braid on the cuffs of his blouse nor are there pipings down the trousers.

This guy is a FAKE!, PHONY, BOGUS, WANNABEE POSER!
