Something to write on
I found myself many times with nothing to write on,
One time I sent a letter home to my mother wrote on the inside of a carton of cigaretts. No envelop, She still has it, Being the LTs RTO and having nothing to write on is not good, sometimes. And when I did have paper, keeping it dry was a task. Ron |

I think I wrote a letter just about everyday , about last light either down in a hole or sitting behind the Ma Duce . One woman I wrote to kept all the letters and about two years ago gave them to me. What a trip reading them now.

I wrote home one letter on a doubled over ribbon of three-inch adhesive tape. Mailed it inside a 4X4 dressing envelope. It got there.
