Federal Shakeup!

Like shaky dominoes on an irregular incline, a few rock-solid bastions of government are beginning to resemble the Walls of Jericho! And with some 15 cabinet posts under any given U.S. President, for more than one internal fortress to collapse at any given time is virtually unheard of - until now that is!

Well don?t look now boys and girls, but a scant few of those ?Bastions of Bureaucracy?, those ?Gibraltar of Government?, and those ?Mount St. Helens of Leadership By Example?, are beginning to blow their tops left and right!!

?So what happened - why are so many Secretaries now falling under the axe of the President?? Are these the same sterling characters that but four years ago were indispensable to the administration - the cornerstones of a nearly perfect team of movers and shakers! Or were some of them merely con-artists of self-advancement, people with their own personal agendas, or opinionated louts such as myself?

?WHO IN THE HELL KNOWS WHAT EVENTUALLY BEGAN TO UNRAVEL?, but like the newlywed, the shine soon wore thin and the truth of what service within government may really entail, bubbled to the surface, quickly followed by a stern-up plunge into some bottomless abyss!

With six resignations (so far), one has to wonder what is really going on behind the scene of absolute power? Not the spin doctor flushing, or media sanitized excrement that plasters the picture tube every evening, but rather the real thing - ?THE TRUTH, THE WHOLE TRUTH, AND NOTING BUT THE TRUTH!!?

Well, what ever the genuine reasons behind this (mass) forced exodus, one thing (in my opinion) remains an axiom - ?DON?T STOP AT SIX RESIGNATIONS (Firings)!? Hell, Mr. President you still have nine more to chose from, and in the spirit of giving, might I suggest a few others (by name), who have more than merited the ire of the people, as well as political castration! :ek:
