If I hadn't been captured behind enemy lines, I was looking at moving there & buying up a handful of distressed properties to remodel. Great Story Larry "Darn them Sandstorms"
 that tale reminded me of the Country song where the guy stops and helps the old lady with her flat tire and she offers to pay him and he declines and just tells her to help someone else down the line.Later that night the lady pulls into a Truck stop and the waitress who brings her coffee is very pregnant and for a $1.00 cup of coffee she leaves a 100$ tip and that night when the waitress gets home her husband meets her at the door and it's the same good Samaritan that changed the flat tire for the older lady who later gave his wife a Big Tip! Life is definitely a wheel and what goes around comes back to you good or bad.Ya'all have a "Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year"

I hope you all had a Merry Christmas. Here's to a happy and prosperous New Year. It's already going well. Though I'm hesitant to crow early after my daughter-in-law's miscarriage, one of my daughters is scheduled to give birth to my first grandchild in June. I'm stoked again!
