NBC Are way down, and MSNBC Stocks are just about worthless.

MSNBC is owned by GE and is reeking havoc on an otherwise viable company. MSNBC is draining the life blood from GE and that is as good as it gets. The NYT; Gray Lady, decided to be a tabloid level propaganda outfit and that is what they got, zero credibility, revenues sink like a rock in a still pond and junk status stock value. Self-inflicted wounds in both instances.
And now I see that Hollywood gets part of the bail-out package. Forget it, off shore studios are kicking their ass, big time, point of no return has passed. Equal or better equipment, better talent, and no arrogant Hollywood liberal insanity to deal with. Great stuff coming out of Canada, Romania, Australia, New Zealand ,etc. Examples; Cold Mountain was filmed in Romania and directed by a Romanian, Open Range was filmed in Canada, the saga of “Lord of the Rings” is all New Zealand and Australian work product.

The town of Hollywood tells the tale. Nothing but a filthy skid row now, derelicts, druggies, trashed out and tagged buildings, all of it. If ya go there, watch your step and wear substantial footwear, used druggie needles are all over the place. Alas, the walk of fame is now the walk of pathetic shame.

Hollywood is nothing new, I was there 15 years ago and walked the walk and what a piece of crap place. The wax museum is a joke and the Hollywood sign is in a park. Beverly hills is no better.

The mains stream news is failing because they opted to be propagandist instead of being journalists.

I quit believing a thing they say when I found out Walter Cronkite flavored his reporting with his own political leanings.

Hollywood hasn't produced a decent movie in many years. They aways got to make the show a political statement where America, no matter how noble their cause, is portrayed as sinister and from the dark side.

I can sum up my fealings about both of them with just two words.

Your two words go to the bottom line of reality. Too much agenda, too little talent and way too much ego is the hole they dig for themselves. Whilst living in Budapest I gained an appreciation for not- Hollywood productions. The French do amazingly well at good story lines with very solid talent, sans agenda messaging. Hollywood has some good talent as well, but if not in the right political ‘club’; as in a Asner approved person, they are wasting their time and talent. On the other hand people like Mel Gibson and Tom Selleck swim against the tide and make a go of it, I don‘t know how, but they do it.

He he, I’d bet that Goldberg has some serious potty mouth things to say about those two, zow n‘ mercy, the Hollywood pit bull, ripping-ass on command, are we having fun yet?
