There are more than enough enemies out there (world-wide and domestic alike) without “Our Own Government” getting into a feeding frenzy as well! Or as ‘The Old Ben Franklin’ quote once said: “We can indeed either all hang together, or most assuredly, we shall all hang separately?”

This is not to say, of course, that we must all be of the same mind? But doesn’t it sound at least a little bit puzzling to you that “We As A Nation” all manage to adhere to a commonality in times of war or national emergency, but yet, we still all lunge for each other’s jugulars when it comes to greed, fame, or even our own personal interests, demands and politics?

“And does it really take a war against some international foe or even a domestic adversary
to unite us all in a common cause?” Or can we all unify (instead of constantly brawling), when it comes to our own mutual survival? And of course, this is not to say that everyone has to agree upon all things, and at all times, but “By God Man” – We Here Within the Mighty - U.S. of A. are still comprised of “Many States” and if we can’t all learn to stick together now (as but a single entity), then how in the ‘Hell’ can we ever be expected to survive in the long run?

Until this Nation can work together - we are what we've become.
Party issues be damned - work on the peoples issues and do it right!

Old Ben was a smart man and without him involved in the Constitution -
God only knows what would have been written.

The whole world is in caious - & that now includes America.

I have no idea why the Supreme Court can't call the leaders
of these two parties in and say - Ya know you guys & gals
either work together - or we shit can you and start over.

That would be too easy! Hanging together now that would be special.

I also agree HC the system is there - but the influence of the political
personel - who get into office - all have different asperations or agendas.
So he or she quickly finds out that someone else is currently calling the
shots and that he or she - is now out in right field chasing balls.

The cherade of the two parties has made it impossible to work together.
They are pushing their benefactor's issues and not the people's.
They are primadonna's dancing around the issues looking for special
deals and kick backs. They are working for themselves not so much
for the People.

As for the President's - we have to due better. (Both Trump & Biden)
sorry to say aren't getting it done. We need to shop for someone
who can lead the country rather than sack it! It's a blunt statement
but I haven't seen so much caious as I have in the last two elections
that have brought forth such condemnation. Screw the parties and
get a person whose mental state - and has foresight - who can lead
the Nation - not dictate - policies - and not cater to their special interest
benefactor's who got them in office (looking for kick-backs).

I'd take a Reagen or Kennedy - who at least did something. They ran
the country & addressed the People's interest (plus they had their own money)
so inturn - they could call the shots - and did not have any paybacks to
the any special interest benefactors.

Then again its Congress - the two parties bump heads all the time.
For the life of me I can't understand why they can't work together.

I'm neither a Dem or a Rep - I don't know why we segregate ourselves
like we do - we are American's - we vote we hope for the best guy
or gal - to run our Country.

But since the days of Reagen & Kennedy - of late we've had some
pretty sorry leaders - who've let us down or just didn't get Congress to
approve their agenda's and/or recommendations.

We each vote for those who we seem to fit our ideals and those of our
country. The same applies for the Congressional personal of which
is either to inexperienced or suffer's from old wood syndrom and
has great benefactor's keeping them in office.

What a shame - the fix I haven't got a clue - the bureaucracy is
such that each person has a special interest group looking for
someone that will adhere to their needs not necessarily the
People's!
