Another Breitbart Vindication! Supreme Court Okays Congressional Cutoff of ACORN Funding

Andrew Breitbart and ACORN critics everywhere have been vindicated yet again.

That’s because the U.S. Supreme Court denied an ACORN appeal, effectively ruling that Congress was absolutely entitled to cut off federal taxpayer funding of ACORN. Earlier today the high court denied the petition for certiorari in ACORN et al. v. United States (docket 10-1068) without comment.

The Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now had asked the high court to review a decision of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit which found that the funding cutoff enacted in 2009 was not a “bill of attainder” forbidden by the Constitution. ACORN had advanced the novel, nonsensical argument that Congress had no power to stop funding the group unless it could prove it had done something wrong.

, the ACORN network has taken in an astounding $79 million in federal funding, not just the $53 million figure previously reported.

At least 54 individuals associated with ACORN have been convicted of voter fraud. ACORN itself was convicted of felony voter registration fraud in Nevada in April, the book reports.

ACORN became well known nationwide in 2009 for its advocacy of brothels for pedophiles. Hannah Giles and James O’Keefe caught the group on undercover video offering advice on tax fraud and on importing underage illegal alien sex slaves from El Salvador.


Not surprisingly, a chorus of left-wingers has arisen to defend ACORN, making the argument that ACORN was somehow victimized by Breitbart and company. Among these useful idiots are Eric Alterman and Katrina vanden Heuvel of the Nation, Eric Boehlert of George Soros’s character assassination factory Media Matters for America, Joe Conason of Salon, Adam Serwer of the American Prospect, and terrorist-linked blogger Brad Friedman.

We haven’t heard the last of ACORN.

because America needs to know that ACORN is restructuring in time to help re-elect President Obama in 2012. Obama worked for ACORN as a trainer and represented the group in court as its lawyer. These radical leftists who use the brutal, in-your-face,
Machiavellian pressure tactics of Saul Alinsky want to destroy America as we know it and will use any means to do it.

How come VERY IMPORTANT & EXPOSING info like Joy's new: "ACORN" thread on Political Debate segment are never emphasized as most others on; "Latest posts - Statistics",...as new threads on all other segments get shown?

I think America's current plight is just as important as most other things.

Many no doubt believed Obama when he previously quite duplicitously stated that: "I know very little about ACORN",...or when an Indonesian Muslim Madrassa School Student (re: Barack or Barry) repeatedly feigned/feigns; "I pray to Jesus every night".

The absolute truth about: "His Barackness" is that ACORN Community Organizing is exactly where the would be Emperor first; "Made his bones" in The Corrupt Chicago Political Machine. Never mind the tons of public deceiving rhetoric echoingly spouting otherwise.

A Congressman stating: "You lie" to Obama on The House Floor was being TOTALLY HONEST. His only dishonesty was stupidly (meekly also) apologizing for such honesty against The King.
