Registered to :Sep 27, 2001 Messages :68 From :Inner Space Posted 06-12-2001 at 22:42 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For veterans enrolled as Priority Group 7 and some PG 6 for non-service connected conditions, the outpatient copay was lowered December 1, 2001 to $15 from $50. HEADS UP if you use the VA pharmacy. During the latter part of January 2002, the cost of a prescription and refill will increase to $7 from $2. If you're due for a prescription renewal or refill, be sure you beat the date which has not yet been announced. I'll post it as soon as I get it. ----------------- ANCHOR CLANKER -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Profile Qoute KOOL Registered to :Sep 27, 2001 Messages :68 From :Inner Space Posted 30-12-2001 at 13:21 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The effective date for the increase from $2 to $7 for each VA prescription/refill is 4 February 2002. ----------------- ANCHOR CLANKER -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Profile Qoute theoddz Registered to :Jan 04, 2002 Messages :3 From : Posted 09-01-2002 at 21:23 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I believe the copays have been reduced to $15 for visits to your PRIMARY provider. If you go to a specialist, they will charge you the $50 copay. Actually, it's a 2-tierd thing. The medication copay is going up from $2 to $7. |
