80th Training Command Soldier captures USARC Instructor of the Year competition
Two weeks after Staff Sgt. Jadrian Whitfield won the 80th Training Command Instructor of the Year competition in the enlisted category, the human intelligence collector instructor has captured the IOY title at the Army Reserve Command level. She said, while winning the competition is rewarding, being an instructor allows her as a leader to help fellow Soldiers learn and grow into confident and competent professionals.
