![]() I just got threw with making about 40 lbs of Deer sausage. 60% deer and 40% Ground pork.
Garlic, Salt Pepper and my own secret ingredient (shhhhhh) ground up Ritz crackers. All pan sausage, no link. It's in the freezer in 1 and 2 lb packages, all except one pkg. That's sitting next to the Fry pan along with a red onion just waiting for 12:00. A little extra virgin olive oil and some medium heat, ssssssssssssss, Flip, ssssssssss. Ron |
