Vietnam should NEVER be a strategic partner of the USA against China
but could be a partnr of the USA against World Terrorism.
China is too close and GOD and Uncle Sam too far

A partnership with the USA to keep the South China sea free of
military use is in the interest of the USA and all aean countries
including Vietnam
