Liebig energizes young leaders, promotes capacity-building during visit to Fightin' T

Lt. Col. Todd Liebig, commander of 391st Engineer Battalion, 926th Engineer Brigade, 412th Theater Engineer Command, and senior leaders from his battalion took advantage of a recent visit here to strengthen teambuilding, Leadership Development Program, and cadet recruiting efforts to fill 'lieutenant' shortages across the command.
