Vietnam Veteran's film wins two Oscars

I can't believe this hasn't been mentioned untill now on a site designed to honor veterans--Al Gore, a Vietnam Veteran, one of our own, just won two Oscars for his film--An Inconvenient Truth.

Gore has made global warming his cause celebre and is gaining more celebrity for it than his stint as vice president. he stated he has no plans to run for office at this time.

Congratulations, AL, a job well done.
