![]() With more than 20 World War II model dioramas now on display at the Watervliet Arsenal Museum, retired New York Army National Guard Lt. Col. Paul Fanning, a Watervliet native, will speak this weekend about the impact of armored warfare in World War II. The arsenal produced both tank cannons and anti-tank guns during World War II.
