Navy weighs moving Sealift Command HQ to Norfolk

Norfolk's top admiral has recommended to the chief of naval operations that a business analysis be conducted to see if it makes sense to relocate the Military Sealift Command's headquarters and its 650-plus jobs from Washington to Norfolk.
