Default Presidents state of the union address

Tonight the president will stand before congress and give the state of the union, and , standing right behind him will be a women with a hammer.
Democrats have already released a statement to the main stream media, "the president lied, troops died,No WMDs, get out of Iraq, open the borders, free health care for the poor and or Democrats, more taxes,

The Democrats, as always , will release a rebut to the Presidents statements, and hears the kicker this time around, they will broadcast in English and Spanish. What a huge joke that will be. I think it should also be broadcast in Zooloo, and maybe Samalian.

Looks like things are going as plained, (for me)

Ron,

What's even more funny is they are going to have FRESHMAN Sen. Jim Webb of VA deliver the response. How pathetic for their party to have their response delivered by a man who's only been in the Senate a little over three weeks. I just saw a replayed clip of the partisan cheering by Dems during last year's SOTU when Bush mentioned Congress's failure to fix Social Security, tonight will be interesting.

Saw it and what can you say. Nothing new - same rhetoric - just that he had a better speech writer this time or he's getting better at remembering his facts.

Can't say he's changed my opinion of him but only two more years to go and we will get another one who will tell us what we want to hear but never get any results.

Politics are not my favorite subject.

Yeah Boats same yadaa yadda, his attempt to sell the COngress on his IRaq plan didn't meet any applause from the policticans. Our guys and gals in Iraq and Afghanistan are in for a rough ride. Especially if Congress cuts funds to fight the war. I truely hope they don't do this as the funds are needed to get the materials needed by our troops.

Deja vu...1975 all over again except that this time the Dems will cut the rug out from under our own troops.

Default Advisor...

Addition to your: "Deja vu...all over again".

This time and much worse than before, there are many notables
of voice quite enemy helpfully War Protesting WITHIN The U.S. Congress
than from WITHOUT,...than there ever were in 1975.

Plus, even such fools all say: "We Support The Troops"(Yeah, sure?),
instead of calling such selflessly brave men & women; "Baby Killers".

Any respect I might ever have had for James Webb were dashed after hearing his statement, totally unfounded, that a majority of of armed forces are against the war in Iraq. First of all, he's a bald-faced liar, secondly, he's playing into the hands of the enemy, and thirdly, he resoundingly contradicted himself. He stated something about not wanting a 'precipitous withdrawal', then only sentences later, said something about immediate withdrawal. Is he taking speech lessons from the Master of Flip-Flopping?

Da dims are doing their best to appear more moderate by letting little Jimmy Webb do their back-stabbing speech, but he's as transparent and as phony as a more experienced dim. Moderate they ain't!

Evidently Webb is the new ?uniform? on the left side of the chalk line and like Murtha, ethical credibility is not a strong suit nor desirable trait. As well, the new guy gets to peddle the frosting covered dog crap and try to make it stick on the wall because they are expendable when things n? things go tits-up.

And Webb?s assertion that they?ll stand fast against global terrorism can?t get past all but the most misty-eyed zealots n? dumb clucks. Since when and where did this asserted proactive stance against terrorism ever take place? Talk is cheep, but ?walk? appears to be historically absolutely forbidden. Cambodia, and Vietnam for instance with Iraq, Israel, Afghanistan and Lebanon to be added to the sting of ?successes?.

The devil is in the details but it?s not all that hard to figure out that the terrorist aren?t hitting Iraqi infrastructure such as pipe lines, power grids, power plants and municipal services as hard as they were a few months back, just mass murder now and the more the better, they are enabled and energized to go for the gusto n? golden ring.

Both Al Qaeda and Iran know that the freshly rebuilt and new infrastructure is an absolute gold mine for the global terrorist cause and they know it?s theirs when people like Pelosi, Webb & Co. hand it to them on a platter. Then it will be Al Qaeda n? friends against Iran to see who gets it all.
And I reckon that Webb?s mentioned ?diplomacy? scenario translates to kicking the supports out from under Israel, Lebanon and the emerging governments of Afghanistan and Iraq and letting them hang and twist in the wind, same old-same old, as always.
