Default "Senior Citizen Against Bush!" Gotta READ IT !!

I am a senior citizen.

During the Clinton Administration I had an extremely good and well paying job.

I took numerous vacations and had several vacation homes.

Since President Bush took office, I have watched my entire life change for the worse.

I lost my job.

I lost my two sons in that terrible Iraqi War.

I lost my homes.

I lost my health insurance.

As a matter of fact I lost virtually everything and became homeless.

Adding insult to injury, when the authorities found me living like an animal, instead of helping me, they arrested me.

I will do anything that Senator Kerry wants to insure that a Democrat is back in the White House come next year.

Bush has to go.

Sincerely,

Saddam Hussein

Default Zuni......

TRULY FUNNY!!! But, there lays the problem. Most stupid Seniors will still ACTUALLY believe that Democrats are ACTUALLY concerned about their Social Security,...and that you've just made a good joke.

So then, and to get some Senior Heads out of their respective butts, let's put some factual realities and Democrat history into the equation. I will take some excerpts from a fine article by Ray Schmidt of Woodbridge, NJ. It was entitled: Social Security woes? Look to The Dems and printed in The Home News Tribune, July 31, 2004.

First off, it's unarguable that the ONLY Democrat ACTUALLY CONCERNED (not just campaigning) ABOUT The Social Security Program was FDR, when he initiated it 67 years ago in 1937 (a great year for wine and people).

Some important Roosevelt related excerpts to ponder:

4 - That the money the participants put into the INDEPENDENT TRUST FUND rather than into the general operating fund, and therefore, would be used only to fund the Social Security retirement program, and NO OTHER government program; and

5 - That the annuity payment to the retiree WOULD NEVER BE TAXED AS INCOME.

Some important questions and answers to ponder:

Question: Which political party took Social Security from the INDEPENDENT TRUST FUND and put it into the general fund so that Congress could spend it?

Answer: It was Lyndon Johnson and the Democratic-controlled House and Senate.

Q: Which political party eliminated the income tax deduction for Social Security (FICA) withholding?

A: The Democratic Party.

Q: Which Political Party STARTED TAXING Social Security annuities?

A: The Democratic Party, with AL GORE casting the tie-breaking deciding vote as president of the Senate, while he was vice president of The United States.

Q: Which political party decided to start giving annuity payments to immigrants?

A: That's right! JIMMY CARTER and the Democratic Party. Immigrants moved into this country, and at age 65 began to receive SSI Social Security payments! The Democratic Party gave these payments to them, even though "THEY" NEVER PAID A DIME INTO IT!

Regardless Jim, any Retired Seniors reading this and STILL BELIEVING the pathologically deceptive and lying Dems/Libs/Socialists/Leftists ACTUALLY want to: "FIX Social Security"(Dems have been supposedly(?) doing so every year since Johnson),...DESERVE TO GET SCREWED.

After all, one must believe that FDR intended the Old Age Worker's Retirement Plan ONLY for America's sane and rational Worker Retirees having lifelong paid into same. The insane elderly and the never having worked elderly have Welfare and Medicaid to rely on.

Default Jerry...

Thanks for The Thanks. But, if I had the bucks,...I would air-drop a copy of Rays quite honest, historically accurate and fine article all over The United States of America. Such an expose' of the historically and purposefully phoney for political control Dems/Libs/SOCIALISTS/LEFTISTS ("Their" REAL intents), would be worth every penny spent. Granted, all foreigners will adamently disagree

Regardless,...The American People MUST REALIZE THIS before to late. Social Security isn't the only thing that Democrats want to control. Those slick-tongued, foreigner favoring and feigned-caring and/or liberal phonies WANT TO CONTROL EVERYTHING and especially The People's Money: "From The Cradle to The Grave",...just as is similarly done in quite socialistic France and other socialist countries.

Wake up and smell the wine FOOLS,...and/or brainwashed, die-hard and fanatical Dem FOLLOWERS. In This World,...EVERYTHING COSTS. And, since Governments and Political Parties have no money whatsoever perse, other than what can be gleaned from The People,...guess whom ALWAYS gets to foot-the-bill FOR EVERYTHING generously promissed US by GOVERNMENT?

Ironically, when The People's Money gets filtered through the greatly paper heavy government beauracies, The People usually only end receiving about half as much,...than if permitted purchasing same on their very own and eliminating the middleman called: "Government". Still, and in fairness, doesn't someone have to pay for the thousands of grandeos salaries that such needless beaurocracies produce,...more so than anything else? Seems logical?

Default "Adolph" Bush?

http://www.bend.com/news/ar_view^3Far_id^3D18712.htm

Teachers' T-shirts bring Bush speech ouster

October 14- MEDFORD ? President Bush taught three Oregon schoolteachers a new lesson in irony ? or tragedy ? Thursday night when his campaign removed them from a Bush speech and threatened them with arrest simply for wearing t-shirts that said ?Protect Our Civil Liberties,? the Democratic Party of Oregon reported.

The women were ticketed to the event, admitted into the event, and were then approached by event officials before the president?s speech. They were asked to leave and to turn over their tickets ? two of the three tickets were seized, but the third was saved when one of the teachers put it underneath an article of clothing.

"The U.S. Constitution was not available on site for comment, but expressed in a written statement support for ?the freedom of speech? and ?of the press? among other civil liberties," a Democratic news release said.

The Associated Press and local CBS affiliate KTVL captured Bush?s principled stand against civil liberties in news accounts published immediately after the event.

The AP reported:

Three Medford school teachers were threatened with arrest and escorted from the event after they showed up wearing T-shirts with the slogan "Protect our civil liberties." All three said they applied for and received valid tickets from Republican headquarters in Medford.

The women said they did not intend to protest. "I wanted to see if I would be able to make a statement that I feel is important, but not offensive, in a rally for my president," said Janet Voorhies, 48, a teacher in training.

?We chose this phrase specifically because we didn't think it would be offensive or degrading or obscene," said Tania Tong, 34, a special education teacher.

Thursday?s event in Oregon sets a new bar for a Bush/Cheney campaign that has taken extraordinary measures to screen the opinions of those who attend Bush and Cheney speeches. For months, the Bush/Cheney campaign has limited event access to those willing to volunteer in Bush/Cheney campaign offices. In recent weeks, the Bush/Cheney campaign has gone so far as to have those who voice dissenting viewpoints at their events arrested and charged as criminals.

Thursday?s actions in Oregon set a new standard even for Bush/Cheney ? removing and threatening with arrest citizens who in no way disrupt an event and wear clothing that expresses non-disruptive party-neutral viewpoints such as ?Protect Our Civil Liberties.?

When Vice President Dick Cheney visited Eugene, Oregon on Sept. 17, a 54-Year old woman named Perry Patterson was charged with criminal trespass for blurting the word "No" when Cheney said that George W. Bush has made the world safer.

One day before, Sue Niederer, 55, the mother of a slain American soldier in Iraq was cuffed and arrested for criminal trespass when she interrupted a Laura Bush speech in New Jersey. Both women had tickets to the event.

Default Doc...

The standard, typical and diversionary DNC input one would normally expect aside,...what-the-hell does what you wrote, if actually true(?), not twisted purposefully(?) or whole story(?), have to do with Seniors, Social Security, FICA and/or the LONGTIME WORKING LIFE & EQUALLY PAID INTO (50/50 by both empoyees and employers) America's Old Age Retirement Program,...being HISTORICALLY RIPPED-OFF BY DEMOCRATS and/or HISTORICALLY & DEMOCRAT DIVERTED, MISUSED (even for foreigners) & OVERALL MISMANAGED??????????????

ANSWER: Absolutely nothing whatsoever and/or the standardly diversionary DNC/LEFTIST/OBSTRUCTIONIST norm,...normally used solely for fooling The People and better controlling THE PEOPLE'S MONIES.

Hopefully,...such won't work during THIS Political Campaign,...and especially during America's worst and most dangerous wartime ever, Doc. America now needs more American-Friendlies and less foreigner-Friendlies in America's Government,...more than ever before. The typical Democrat Political Carnival, which is normally suspect of ACTUAL political intents or suspect of ACTUAL political allegiances,...just-won't-cut-it ANYMORE. Well,...if interested in YOUR MONEY & SURVIVAL, anyway?

Neil,

As far as the article's authenticity, click on the link and you can judge for yourself. I only put it on this particular thread as simply a place to put it rather than start a new one. I wasn't replying to your posting per se but thought it applied (in a round about way) to the first one.

But I'm still not voting for "W".

Default Doc....

Vote for whomever you like. This is still America. Well,...sort-of.

Still, and since HEAVY into survival for me and mine and America, and in self defense killing as many terrorists worldwide as is physically possible before "They" can kill us,...I certainly hope more voters think sensibly and defensively like me, and not like you.

Besides, A Fonda-like Kerry as A Wartime Commander-In-Chief,...conjures up ONE-HELLUVA-SCAREY-SCENARIO for me and mine and America. Such doesn't bother you in the slightest, Doc?

Neil,

Nope! Not at all. Besides, with the Electoral College, our individual votes hardly count, anyway.
