Thanks Dan, that was me! (Just kidding.)
I was kind of hoping it would go through. I have a whole list of things I wanted to sue for. Like, the NY State dept of education, because I can't remember calculus, which I'll never use anyway; or Keds, because once when I was younger my PF Flyers came untied and it caused emotional pain when I fell.

i wonder how many things people can think up just as you have done?....i'll bet ....
well...maybe a couple thousand anyway!!!
there's still a few out there...make sure this judge gets all those cases...

I was also glad to see the case thrown out. But the attorney for the kids is already preparing an appeal. It's too bad that there is no requirement for the bringers of frivolous lawsuits to pay all court costs when their ridiculous suits are thrown out.

Not only all court costs, Drywall. Also all costs incurred by any and all defendants in the case.
