Lincoln & Trump

Like them or not, there is one helluva-lot in their demeanor that unites, and will continue to unite, these two icons of pure Americana – “Abraham Lincoln and Donald Trump!” And there comes a point in time, when political party alone, has to become a secondary consideration to the survival of one’s own nation, either by birth or by adoption!

And whether or not you ascribe to any one political party, I believe that you must agree that “Our Nation” must come first and foremost! Because, and whether you want to face it or not, there really are no absolute friendlies out there, and when push comes to shove, there is nary a country “In God’s Creation” that we have always been on friendly-terms with, one hundred percent of the time – just check-out your world history?

And unfortunately, and history will certainly bear this out as well, there was no shortage of people who also hated “Abraham Lincoln” back in the first half of the eighteen-sixties, and only time itself has proven that he was indeed, one of the best presidents that “Our Magnificent Nation” has ever had! And not being locked-in to any one political faction, but rather, backing the candidates whom I truly believe are best suited to the awe-inspiring position of “President of The United States of America” and the numerous other bureaucratic positions that “Our Great Nation” requires to function properly, it is still my personal belief that it is not “The Political Party” that makes the man, but rather, it has always been the man (or woman) themselves that create and make, the political party!
