PALM COAST, Fla.----On July 20, DeLand Mayor Bob Apgar joined VFW Commander Dick Criche and Stephen Parker of the Marine Corps League Detachment 1144 as they each received a $10,000 donation from The Veterans Support Organization to help them continue their missions in West Volusia.
