ANNAPOLIS, MD. — U.S. Coast Guard officials are cracking down on the practice of riding on the bow of boats. Officials say they will be warning boaters throughout the Coast Guard's 5th District, which spans from North Carolina to mid-New Jersey, that the practice is dangerous.
