Vietnam veteran seeks buddies to start group

Rupert Sandoval is looking for veterans who have served overseas to
start a Veterans of Foreign Wars post in Ahwatukee Foothills.

Sandoval, an Army veteran who served in Vietnam, needs 25 to 30
veterans to establish a post.

"We want a mix of old and young," the Ahwatukee Foothills resident
said, explaining how membership is open to veterans from Korea,
Vietnam, Desert Storm or the various peacekeeping operations that have
