Would this still be Questionable ?
Sure seems like it would be to me.
December 17, 2004 Vietnamese police arrest three in MIA scam Associated Press HANOI, Vietnam ? Police in Vietnam have detained three men who allegedly collected human remains in a scam to claim they were those of missing American servicemen and to cheat locals out of money, police said Friday. One of the suspects surrendered to police on Tuesday, said a police officer in southern Dong Nai province, speaking on condition of anonymity. The man led police to his alleged accomplices. Police raided the suspects? houses, and seized 171 sets of human remains, the officer said. Initial investigations show the three men collected human remains from villagers in central Vietnam, an officer said. The three men also took money from the locals and claimed they would be allowed to move to America after the suspects presented the remains as those belonging to U.S. service members missing since the Vietnam War. It wasn?t clear why the villagers believed the suspects? claims. The U.S. and Vietnamese governments do not offer rewards to those who help find the remains of missing U.S. servicemen. The U.S. MIA office in Hanoi said they were unaware of the case, but would investigate. Meanwhile, police in Dong Nai have completed their investigation into a similar operation which allegedly skimmed tens of thousands of dollars from more than 180 people, the officer said. The case involving six people was uncovered in June when police confiscated more than 100 sets of remains in their houses, he said. The remains which were examined by a team of American forensic experts showed that they all belonged to Asians, the officer said. About 1,800 U.S. service members remain missing from the Vietnam War which ended in 1975. enough.................
