I am wondering what was the interest rate on a saving account-I doubt

Money deposited by State was never in 20 year treasury term because
the need to have access to the funds when necessary like in economical
down turns, war etc...
I therefopre maintain that it is impossible that the 100 millions
dollars deposited by the Vietzankonghoa in 1975 will grow to 450

VZCH with the US treasury could grow from 100 Millions USD to 450
Millions USD within the time frame claimed i.e., from the time the
