Florida Declares Disaster

The reason Florida has done this is for Money, Taxpayers are now footing the bill for EXPECTED money earned by tourist that were told to leave just after the declared Disaster. Business can now apply for and get the money they would have made from tourist.
A state should not be able to declare a desaster until a desaster has happened. If other states start doing this the taxpayers will be funding declared desasters all over.
Anytime a hurcane gets into the gulf, all the states in the gulf should follow Floidas lead. Talk about a taxpayers burdon.
