39mto39g I agree with you. How about his for a novel idea. Let the Ameircan people decide by voting for whom they want. The hell with where they stand on issues. The only question they need to answer is do you understand the laws of the land.

Default I like him already

He thought a father should have a say in a baby's abortion or not. Well, I think his was the sole dissenting vote on husband's being notified when their wife wanted an abortion ... something like that.

Default Abortion

People are so fixed on weather or not a judge is for abortion or not. Not that abortion is not important but doesn't the United States have other problems?

This subject is very personal. To the ladies who must endure this child birthing ordeal - its the closest thing they will endure that is in its self many times life threatening - in many cases.

Yet circumstances that involved her pregnancy may require a court ruling to make decisions in her behalf should they be needed.

It's a very delicate subject and comes with a lot of responsibility and gut wrenching lifelong remembrance's. I know many young women who've gone through this procedure. Rather it be a good one or a bad one they alone carry this burden all their days.

I may roast in hell - but I feel its a woman's decision - between her and her doctor - and for whatever her reasons may be - they are hers - and to take that away - must make them feel lost.

Default she has choices

Of course she has choices. She doesn't have to get pregnant in the first place. AND if she does, there are plenty of childless couples these days who would cherish the little one and give it more than a chance at life ... give baby a home and a future.

Sorry, Boats, I don't agree with you, nor would anyone who believes life begins at conception.

I b'lieve that life begins at conception. I also b'lieve the choices a woman makes are personal and not the business of the G'ment.

Default Roe

If Roe V. Wade were over turned it would hand abortion back to the states. Then each state would determine if it were legal or not. Some folks seem to think overturning Roe would outlaw the procedure which it would not.

I'd like to see what the judge has to say, or not say, about abortion and other issues before I decide if I like him or not. It's sure going to be a hell of a fight.

Stay healthy,
Andy
