Default Advanced network capabilities

The U.S. Army posted a photo:

U.S. Army Capt. Jonathan Page uses the Nett Warrior end user device of the Army's Network Capability Set (CS) 13 at Nangalam Base, Afghanistan, on Sept. 13. Page serves as commander for Troop C, 3rd Squadron, 89th Cavalry Regiment. 3rd Squadron is part of 4th Brigade, 10th Mountain Division, the Army's first unit to use the advanced Network capabilities of CS 13 in theater. With CS 13, which introduces mission command on the move and extends the network to the Soldier, units can communicate over large areas as they carry out their advise-and-assist missions in support of the Afghan forces.
