Cushie positions' in Government - usually come about
by; big money and/or connections - or even I.O.U.'s

The bad guys have connections and a large sources of income.
Whereas, the others have limited funds and few connections
- and won't want to suffer I.O.U's to gain such leverage.
[Such as we all know - paybacks are a bitch].

Government is a piggy bank of advantages - and power.
The ongoing Status Quo - is everything to those who want
this power!

Hence - here's what we get!
They tell us what we want to hear - but later it's secondary
or under consideration - if that! Therefore it may even be
shelved - depends on the kickback from contributions.
