I'll add my bio here...
Graduated H.S. in 1968....Drafted in 1969 and sent to Ft.Jackson,S.C. then on to Ft. Gordon for basic.Took Infantry
A.I.T. at Ft. Polk,La. Then off to Vietnam to serve as a grunt
with the 1st Cav co "A" 2bn/5th cav.Also, pulled some tower
and bunker guard duty at Long Binh Ammo Dump.Left Nam in
Dec.1970 and returned to do my remaining time at Ft.Knox,Ky
finishing my Army career as a truck driver..

Started college in 1973 for Police Science and was activated
to the active reserve in 1974 (Only happened to a few,go figure)
Served one yr. as a Security Policeman in the Pa.Air National Guard stationed at Pitsburgh, Pa.

Finished school and started working in law enforcement field
in 1976.Have been a prison guard,private security officer and worked as a patrolman until 1990 when going over to commercial vehicle enforcement (No more fighting with DUIs at 3"o clock in the morning)!

Am a current member of my V V A honor guard and am a member
of the Blue Knights M.C.

Married with two children.

Used to post on the old forum as "Grunt* " and have talked
to alot of the brothers here .

I want to say "welcome Home" to all who served!!
