Born in Mass. but ended up here when my Dad retired from Travis in 1963.
Army 1972-1975. Basic and AIT (Army clerk school) at Ft Ord. 4 months at Madigan Army Medical Center as a clerk-typist. 14 months at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Military Personnel.
1 year at Letterman Army Medical Center as an Admin Specialist in Patient Administration.
Went back to work at Letterman as a civilian - Health Benefits Advisor/Casualty Officer. Left in 1982 after 6 years.
Started in the County Veterans Service Office as a Benefits Counselor (11 years) and have been the County Veterans Service Officer for the last 7 years.
Divorced with 1 son who turns 29 tomorrow.
