...when you can't tell if a person is handicapped or not. Sometimes, the disability is not that visible to others. I can understand your anger at people who don't have handicap permits and still park in handicapped spaces, but if someone has a permit, don't be so quick to judge them or their disability.

A good example of this is a person with a heart problem. They may not be able to walk more than a few hundred feet without experiencing chest pain or breathing problems. You can't tell just by first glance at someone. Not always.
