Good point, Boats... now that I look closer at the list, kinda organizing where all those agencies are intended to serve, I now understand what the Democrats are meaning when they so often say that "the more people experience the benefits of this Bill the more they will like it."
I think what they SHOULD have said, were they being 100% honest, is "the more our
political constituencies experience the benefits of this Bill the more
THEY will like it."
Now I can also see exactly why certain major lobbying groups favored it well enough to get it passed.
Quite right, it is definitely gonna create a whole bunch of jobs, for somebody.
Wonder if health care delivery, pricing and availability will be improved though.
