Just a hunch... but, I am thinking this is maybe a hoax or an exaggeration?
Imagining myself holding a "revolver" of that scale with one or even two hands, and considering a 12 gauge kick, it just doesn't seem useful without a shoulder piece to brace the thing.
At the moment, that monstrosity looks like a great way to get a permanent crease in your forehead... along with the possibility of unconsciousness after the first shot.
