Chas,in theory,your statement holds water.Unfortunately though,the ACLU wields a tremendous weapon in merely bringing suit due to the vast wealth of it`s secularist supporters.In many cases all that is needed is the threat to bring an adversary to his knees.Sort of reminiscent of the Mafia or Gestapo,eh?
Personally,I support the Boy Scouts of America by making donations at the local level.I used to donate to United Way,but they buckled and wrote off the scouts so no more dough from me.
