10 or 15% of cops are jerks and should have never become cops. They don't have the right make up for the job. It is those 10%ers that you always hear about.
Of course, 10 to 15% of doctors, lawyers and Indian Chiefs shouldn't be in their line of work either.
Hope none of you meet any of the jerk cops this year.
