You might want to take a look at Federal Law on this.

As much as I dislike Barack Obama, it appears that he is upholding the law in this issue.

Take a look at the HUMAN TRAFFICKING PROTECTION ACT OF 2008, signed into law by George W. Bush.

Since you are a Republican, I would assume you would want to support Bush's policies and laws.

IF THE BORDER HAD BEEN SEALED THIS WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED!
