Karpinski has been discharged as a Colonel. She has her 20 year letter and will collect what is entitled to her at age 60. If it were up to me she wouldn't collect beans! I have never, ever, heard of any officer before, evading responsibility like she did. I'm ashamed that she was in the same Army that I was in.
