I agree on the scronging by GI's, how else can you make do with what you have when you are in the Budget economy class Army insted of the Premier 1st Class Army we should be funding in Congress (see Peace Dividends of the 90's) If they prosecuted every GI that scronged parts there wouldn't be any Soldiers serving in the Field ........
