What is done in Washington D . C. with "our hard earned tax dollars"...has absolutely nothing to do with how each and every one of our families spend their personal income, save it, or decide to go into debt. Washington D.C is a huge black hole....the more energy ( money ) you pump into it, the more out-of-control it gets. IMHO
