I have a copy of my C-File which is about 4 1/4 inch thick and the record is not in that file. I have recently filled a NA form 13055 “REQUEST FOR INFORMATION NEEDED TO RECONSTRUCT MEDICAL DATA”, see attachment. Now it is wait and see.>>
